Description Shipping Policy

The QIF-5000B is the interface card for the Mircom QX-5000 Voice Evacuation System. It provides the primary interface between the QX-5000 audio system and the fire alarm control panel, along with connections for paging and zone paging functions.

The card provides fire alarm inputs, audio trouble output, paging microphone input, and zone paging multiplex input. Only one QIF-5000B interface card is required per QX-5000 system, and it is installed in Slot #1 of the QMB-5000B Audio Motherboard & Card Cage. Mircom confirms that the QIF-5000B handles field wiring to the paging module and fire alarm control panel.
