Description Shipping Policy

The QBB-5001R Audio Backbox is a red-door enclosure designed for the Mircom QX-5000 Series Voice Evacuation System. It accommodates the primary audio system components required for an expansion audio cabinet.

The enclosure is designed to house:

  • 1 × QMB-5000B Audio Motherboard and Card Cage
  • 1 × QPS-5000 Audio Power Supply
  • 1 × QBC-5000N Audio Battery Charger
  • Batteries up to 40 Ah

The QMB-5000B provides mounting for one QIF-5000B interface module and up to seven QAA-style audio amplifiers. The QBB-5001R therefore provides a complete cabinet enclosure for expanding the QX-5000 audio system.

The standard QBB-5001 enclosure measures approximately 24.25" W × 41" H × 8" D and is constructed from cold-rolled steel
