The MH-25W Mini-Piezo Horn is a compact white electronic notification appliance designed for fire alarm signaling in individual rooms, apartments, hotels, offices and similar indoor applications. Mircom identifies the MH-25W as the white version of the MH-25 Series Mini-Piezo.

The unit is designed for flush-mount installation and can be used with the BB-300W surface mounting box when surface mounting is required. It operates across the MH-25 Series' 16–33 VDC regulated / 24 VDC FWR operating range.
