The SIGSM-100 Signal and Speaker Silence Module is a compact electronic alarm appliance designed to silence a local fire alarm signal, such as a bell, horn, or speaker, within a suite. It is suitable for applications involving both supervised and non-supervised notification devices.
The module features a Silence push button and a red LED indicator that shows when the signal circuit is active. The local alarm can be silenced for approximately 9–10 minutes, after which the connected signal devices will sound again if the alarm condition remains active.
It operates at 16–33 VDC and has a current draw of 30 mA at nominal voltage. The unit mounts to a standard 4-inch square electrical box using a single-gang reducer plate.
